Please note: this entire area below was a failure.
It required a complete rewrite.
I consulted with a few 3rd party associates.
the errors could not be rectified.
So the "Myform" method was completely abandoned and replaced with
an entirely different div class & form name.
So, all blogs below were a failure.
They were non-functional.
They've since been rewritten.
